Sushi fans will love Umemura's traditional instructions for making Inside-Out Rolls, Nigiri Sushi, Hand Rolls, and Inari Sushi, and her exciting and innovative recipes for Thai Shrimp Sushi Parcels, Taco Sushi, and Korean Kimchi Sushi Rolls.
