love it!
I am in australia, and am an avid recipe book owner, I had never heard of heidi before, but for christmas my good friend bought this book for me and i absolutely LOVE IT! the recipes are whole foods, but not fiddly, and delicious, and i loved reading the first part about her ethos etc, (which i normally skip and go straight to the recipes)..
its very inspiring and im slowly changing ingredients in my pantry and fridge to be as wholesome as possible for my family!
Ive just ordered her other book, super natural cooking, cant wait to see how it is!

Like the author of this book, Heidi Swanson, I, too, have about 101 cookbooks. This is my favourite. It is chock full of simple, inspiring, delicious and original recipes. Useful & Reasonably Priced
I had been looking for a cook book that centred on natural foods and healthy living but which was still a real "foodie" cook book. This is it. I love reading it and I love cooking from it. My family are pleased to be eating from it. I still can't believe how inexpensive it was. by Daisy Williams
