Reviews for The Story of Stuff
Brilliant Book
A well thought out and researched book about the economic systems that govern global production - from resource extraction till distribution and disposal - and the impact of these practices on people and the environment we all live in. It avoids the pitfalls of attacking the free market model while at the same time highlighting flaws in the system suggesting instead practical solutions based on equity, sustainablilty and respect for the environment. It is a powerful eye-opener, which is why I am rating this book full marks! by Charlemagne Caruana
