Reviews for Something to Chew on
Read and be enlightened!
Nutrition, obesity, GMO's, pesticides, diabetes, e-numbers, organic food, omega-3-oils, cholesterol - it's all there! Having been deeply interested in nutrition since my years in University, the common sense analysis of the literature by Mike Gibney is very refreshing and is a 'must read' by policy makers, dieticians, nutritionists, and everybody who wants a scientifically accurate assessment of complex issues delivered in an easy to understand format. Mike challenges all the assumptions and helps us to see the real issues, what we need to do to for our personal health and as a society. Read and be enlightened! by Lismullen
