Reviews for Silence
Loved it!
I loved Silence, but I just love all the books so far in this series. Every book has been awesome. I enjoyed this one a little more than Crescendo though.
Nora wakes up in the cemetery having no idea why she is there and can't remember the past five months. Everyone around her tries to keep her from remembering. When she asks questions they leave out major events and people that have happened in the last five months. Things have really changed in Nora's life. Besides having amnesia, her mom is dating Hank, Marcie Miller's dad, her best friend Vee lies to her and Marcie is being nice to her, even nominates her homecoming queen.
Jev aka Patch, oh I LOVE Patch! I can't seem to get enough of him in any of these books. He is the same mysterious gorgeous guy that we first met back in Hush Hush. I love his cocky attitude and the edge to him.
Nora runs into Patch one night while in the middle of a bad situation, she has no idea who he is. He helps her out and continues to keep her safe but doesn't reveal who he really is for a good part of the book. As Nora gets her memory back she will discover who she is and who is really on her side.
I was a bit frustrated with Nora's amnesia but I liked how it progressed with the story. Once Nora remembers everything I really got into it. I'm still a bit confused about all the different angels but loved it anyway. I still don't like Marcie or Hank but at the same time I felt bad for Marcie at times.
There is a lot of action, twists to the plot and romance of course. The Hush Hush series is one of my favorites and I'm excited to read Finale to see how it all ends. by Jamie JohnsonExcellent
I have read the previous books for this series and was surley dissapointedthat they had ended but then I had found out that Silence was published just days after i finished Cresendo. This book is a great, fabulous story of how two people from outside worlds can love and shows that love can't just be beaten down and shoved away. I was so glad the story of Patch (Jev) and Nora had continued. Very pleased and excellent read. by Caitlin
