Brilliant
Climbing is learnt on the wall, there is no substitute for that. However, if like me, you need to understand theory and see it in practice. Then this book is for you. It explains reasons behind movement, it looks at the mental side of climbing, it enables you to make informed choices about your future in the climbing world. A must if you want to continue to learn! by Brent van der Linde
