    Demonically good!!5

    amalia Secrets of the demon is the third book of the series by Diana Rowland and i's about a detective, Kara Gillian that is able to summon demons. I have to admit that at first, i thought that it would be just another fictional series but i was proved wrong!On the contrary, when you start reading a book, you just don't know what will happen on the next chapter!

    On the one hand, Rowland is able to describe a lot of different things that at first, you don't think that they are important but as you read, you realize that everyhting is connected in a very inriguing way!Also, is something more that just a crime novel, due to the fact that there is a perfect match between mystery, crime and fiction! And of course, when you start reading it you don't want to put it down and every time you say 'just another chapter', but you don't seem able to stop!

    On the other hand, i was very pleased by the way that Rowland created her characters. You are able to understand the way that Kara thinks, responds, feels and how hard she tries to protect herself as a summoner, to be accepted as a cop, at the beggining of the series seems to be of no self-confidence as far as her personal life is concerned, but later on and especially on the third book, you can she that she has evolved into something much better! And of course you can see that she still is a badass cop, which is the equally interesting!

    Secrets of the demon was definately very intriguing and fortunately, the writer continues to have our interest because every book is even better that the previous!of course, you have to keep into consideration that is an adult series.
    I would definately propose it to the fans of crime and of course, fiction because, as it seems, it's something different and it's going to be even better as the series continue!! by amalia
