Very good book!
I ordered this book to get some historical overview of the housing market.
Particularly because he is also writing about the Norwegian market where I am living and considering buying a property. Now I know for sure that I will wait with this investment decission.
This books gives you all the answers and clarity of historical statistics and none of the confusion of the media.
If you buy this book you will never need to read another article about property prices in any newspaper again, you will be able to understand what is going on and what you should focus on in your investment analysis. by Andreas Jacob Hansen
