A terrific cook book
This is the most inspiring cook book I have delved into for years. I'm working my way through the Vietnamese section, and if you want real hit for a dinner party try the Vietnamese/French duck with orange (and star anise, chilli, lemongrass, fish sauce, etc). Every time I cook it I get requests for the recipe - now I'm buying copies to give away to friends. Thank you Rick! by Peter Lockwood
