About John Strydom

John Strydom is a former psychology lecturer at the University of Natal. Antony Osler is a long-time Zen practitioner and a teacher, a former Zen monk, and a human rights advocate. He is the author of "Stoep Zen" and "Zen Dust." Chrisi van Loon is a coeditor of "The "Cake the Buddha Ate."" She oversees and directs the many activities at the Buddhist Retreat Center, including setting up retreat programs and liaising with teachers.
