Review quote

"Trish Deseine shares her discoveries from 30 years as a cuisine-crazed Parisienne. This highly personal annotated address book of edible treasures features sections on classic restaurants, the most intriguing Parisian food blogs, and recommendations for cooking classes, but the real treat is Deseine's chapter called "The Very Best...," which provides a grazer's feast of single dish recommendations across the city...can each turn an afternoon's wanderings into a delicious mission." "Passport Magazine""It physically reminds me of a larger, heavier Moleskin, except this is yellow and chockfull of information and recipes that'll delight any food-obsessed traveler." "" "These 208 pages are so filled with useful information...this book has become my go-to Paris bible. Even for armchair travelers reading "The Paris Gourmet" is a terrific way to immerse yourself in all the food treasures Paris has to offer.
