This book is Beautiful! It is excellent for beginners (cooking or AIP) as it is filled with clear explanations of techniques and science. Hot off the press!!
I have been awaiting this book as I preordered! I have only just starting to dig in, but the info is condensed and seems to be a good compliment to The Paleo Approach! The photos are beautiful and really make me want to try everything!! The first recipe I plan to make is the "wonton" soup on pg. 184. If you follow and AIP protocol this is a great cookbook for you! There are also meal plans than I look forward to checking when I feel to lazy to plan my own! by Tracy Gregory
