Sarah's done it again! I'm not an AI sufferer, but these recipes, kitchen lessons, and meal plans are great gifts for my continued exploration of a nutrient-dense, Paleo template and my own healing. I have plans to make most of these recipes when I can. but the dessert I already made was AMAZING and got big compliments. This is a must-have!

He hee!! with this book i've introduced myself and my family very smoothly to paleo diet, and that said.. i really enjoy cooking this recipes, we have had great results in our health with the food changes we've made, and we truly love the book recipes cause they make us forget about bread and other foods that we cannot longer eat in this new lifestyle.. but its great, we've done great and we are happy!

This book is so full of great information that is very well laid out. Love the pictured food index especially. Great for beginners and seasoned AIP followers as well.
