I'm very disappoint with Book Depository. I only bought this book to gain access to Insite website for a 1 week trial period. There is a card that contains a key for the Insite website. This card is suppose to be at the back of the book and it has been removed before I got it. Someone has taken it, these cards are glued in. It takes an effort to remove it. Anyway, this rendering my purchase useless. What a waste of money. Don't buy this book from the Book Depository if this happen. This might be my last purchase for awhile. You have lost me as a more
