Gladwell delves deep into the trends of the competitive advantage and comes up with how outliers are formed. With some astonishing statistics and insight into the ?????????????????????????????????????????????¢??pigeon holing?????????????????????????????????????????????¢?? of, particularly, younger people. Outliers forces you to overcome straight line thinking of culture and analyses the historical and traditional methods of thinking and achievement to explain modern day occurrences. A great book and interesting analysis of how we make assumptions based on small details. It can leave you with more questions than answers but is brilliant in its insight of the path to achievement.

Excellent book. Although it has some statistics, it is very well written and reads fluently (English isn't my first langauge).
Makes you think about your and other peoples lives and the path you take.
