    Simon Davidson currently works as independent educational consultant, supporting schools with evaluation, leadership and curriculum development. He has had a variety of roles in international education, including founding the International School of Como as head teacher and working as a principal in Germany. He was editor of the book Taking the PYP Forward, with Steven Carber, which reviewed a wide variety of areas of current best practice for PYP schools. Stefanie Waterman is a PYP teacher with over 15 years experience in international education. She has had a variety of roles, including PYP coordinator of Southbank International School Kensington in the UK.
