I have had this book for a few years now and it is still by far the most useful thing in my kitchen! :) I have found this book to be invaluable for planning delicious meals for the week ahead- there are many recipes in here with common main ingredients, so you just shop for/already have the basics, and then just grab an extra few special items on top of that. And you still stay within your budget. The meals are all delicious- personal fave is the spicy coconut & lentil soup. HIGHLY more
