Author information

Laura Faire is a chef, who lives lightly with a small garden created out of recycled materials. She is a food writer and gardener and the author of two books for NZ Nestle. She is currently working as a freelance recipe writer for NZ House and Garden, is an executive member of the New Zealand Guild of Food Writers and the NZ coordinator for the International Association of Culinary Proessionals. She appears monthly on the Good Morning television show and journeys through the seasons making delicous, attainable food with flair. Laura has worked extensively with Kieran Scott, an award-winning New Zealand food and lifestyle photographer and regular contributor to Cuisine magazine.
