possibly life saving!
I wish I had discovered this book years ago - but I'll settle for now!!!!!! Soooooooooooo much more than a time management book. The now habit explores the underlying psychology and causes of procrastination and perfectionism, AND tells you how to change your psychology for an easier and less stressful life. I haven't even finished reading it and it's already helped immensely. And I've just bought two more copies for friends. by R Stafford
