Reviews for The New Contented Little Baby Book
Very helpful!
I bought this book before my son was born, and while I never really read it from cover to cover it was a fantastic reference to have. The routines suggested by Gina were a very helpful guideline, although I would advise to only use them as a guideline and not as gospel as it can be quite disappointing when things don't go 'by the book'. Gina can be a little black and white with no areas of grey, which I didn't really like. However, her book got us through the difficult newborn stage and on through the first year. Our son is now a very contented 2 year old and we will definately be referring to this book again on the arrival of his little brother/sister. by Deirdre Campbell-Morris

Do people seriously inflict this on their babies? Makes me sad. :( by Sarah Jupp
Fantastic Gina!
My husband and I decided to follow Gina's routine after seeing the success that friends had and i'm delighted to say it worked fantastically for us and continues to do so. The book is easy to follow and of all the parents I know who have stuck with it our babies have slept through early, been great eaters and happy little ones. The basis of the book is to help you get into a routine that provides for your baby to have enough food in the day and sleep (so they aren't too tired to eat) so that they will sleep for extended periods at night. Great book - we also have others in the series! by Jenny Lister
