This book makes a hero of vegetables, but it's not vegetarian.
If you're not a vego, don't be put off - lovely recipes of fresh produce suitable for when you come home from the farmers' market.
Beautifully put together and lots of lovely flavours. The antipodean Ottolenghi.

Was happily surprised at how spectacular this book was. A fresh and modern layout, recipes and delicious photos to some of the world's most unloved vegetables. It makes you want to head to the market immediately (or head straight to Pope Joan in Melbourne if you are lazy!!) to either recreate or be a part of some of these dishes.
