    Linda Hilton I am the author of this book and I am absolutely livid that Pocket Books/Simon & Schuster have so rudely insulted me as to not even have my name correct on this outrageously overpriced print-on-demand "edition" of my book. They have done this, as far as I'm aware, solely to prevent me from regaining the rights to this work and issuing a digital version that will contain the segments of the book left out of the original print edition due to editorial demands.

    My name is Linda Hilton. At no time and under no circumstances did I ever consent to Pocket Books/Simon & Schuster reissuing this book under another name. by Linda Hilton
