the best thing about this book is its cover
The author has no conception of how difficult it is for a severe anxiety sufferer to take in any new information.
The book is wordy and full of stories about clients and their anxiety. The writing style is academic and boring and does nothing to enthuse your tired brain or to help you feel there is a positive answer in there somewhere.
Please - our brains are exhausted and we are unable to take in anything other than short simple helpful advice told in positive non jargon like terms. by Patricia Parker
