Reviews for Merchants of Doubt
Must read.
The authours explore the shadowy organizations and individuals who have been cynically creating doubt about the harmful effects of; tobacco, acid rain, the ozone holes, global warming, passive smoking and other interests that affect their profits.
The same individuals who delibrately obfuscated the facts on tobacco, are now behind the smearing of climate scientists. It also explores the various front groups set up by corporations, and the white-anting of science by politicians and corporations with selfish agenda. This excellent book is a must-read for anyone interested in the current global warming debate, or the misuse of power by dishonest politicians and corporations. by Andrew Lambert
