Dale Pinnock is a vocal champion of the beneficial effects that food can have on our health. A leading nutritionist and former wholefoods chef, he has made many TV appearances, including Lorraine and The Alan Titchmarsh Show, where his enthusiasm and delicious recipes have proved irresistible. He is completing a Masters Degree in Nutritional Medicine, runs two nutrition clinics, and has in-depth knowledge of evidence-based nutritional medicine and how it can work alongside conventional medicine. His previous book on nutritional medicine has sold over 7,000 copies in the UK and this is his first major cookbook.
