This is the most comprehensive book I have seen. It has been absolutely invaluable when studying for my midwifery exams. Time and time again it came to the rescue with information I couldn't find any where else. It is very technical but well written and laid out. It is not a midwifery text or how to book, but if you really want to understand the biological process and physiology involved it has no peer. It leaves my 'required' textbooks in the dust. I love it!
