About Rosemary Verey

For much of her long life, Rosemary Verey (1919-2001) was one of England's most celebrated garden designers and garden writers. She created gardens for Elton John and the Prince of Wales. She died in 2001. Tony Lord, photographer, writer and horticultural consultant, holds the Victoria Medal of Honour of the RHS. He has also won the Garden Writers' Guild Award for Best General Gardening Book.
