  • A waste of time2

    Rachel Decent If you think a pretty young girl exploring her first steps in makeup and fashion is informative, then perhaps this is for you. If you want to look at nice pictures of an Ingenue or Girl Next door dressing up in a sweet style then you might also love it. The author takes lovely pictures, is lovely on TV, and writes with a "nice person" way. But her knowledge of "style" is limited to mildy warm recommendations from someone who is only just warming into finding her own style, which is mainly Innocent and Sweet. Heck, she is still afraid to wear ANY shade of red lipstick! After reading the entire book I could hardly remember a thing. Just vaguely that she looked pretty and fresh. It reads like a "Get to Know the Stars special!" for pre-teens and teenagers just starting out with their first pocket money. Stick to TV and write another book in another 15 years is my advice to the beautiful and friendly Lauren. by Rachel Decent

  • Doesn't Disappoint5

    Jaclyn Smith As a huge fan of Lauren's from 'The Hills' I really enjoyed reading her style and fashion tips. She was always dressed amazingly on the show and it was really great to read her tips and things she has learnt along the way. I was pleasantly surprised to read she did all her own styling on the show, making what she says way more believable to me!
