Here is an irresistible collection of animals to knit in soft, natural materials: ducklings, teddy bears, lambs, piglets, hedgehogs, a handsome rooster, and many more. Most of the projects can be quickly and cheaply knitted with small oddments of wool, and many can be completed in an hour or two ? ideal for knitters looking for ways to reduce their yarn stash!

This is a very good book that features diverse farm and wild animals: cat, horse, chicken, fox, bear, squirrel and many more.
The animals are based on very simple shaping, giving the finished project the fresh and pure look so typical for Waldorf toys.
Even a novice knitter or a very young knitter will be making very cute animals following the instructions in this book. Indeed, many projects are suitable for knitting schoolchildren - satisfaction guaranteed!
If you are looking for a book to make little things for the school raffle, this is the book you won't want to miss.
Those animals are a great way to use up yarn leftovers, too.
From all the animal-knitting books I have (and I own quite a few!), this is the one I use most.
