The strength of this book is the explanation of the benefits of a vegan diet and inspiration to lead a healthy vegan lifestyle. The recipes have quite a macrobiotic slant so some of the ingredients are unusual and would only be available in health food stores. There were quite a few good ones though! Highly recommend for an addition to a vegan book collection or someone interested in learning about vegan more

Lovely book with photos of Alicia cooking, loved how it was written and worded - I was glued and couldn't put it down - ended up reading the whole book in one sitting!!show more
