    Great explanation of vegan diet4

    Louise Cowpertwait The strength of this book is the explanation of the benefits of a vegan diet and inspiration to lead a healthy vegan lifestyle. The recipes have quite a macrobiotic slant so some of the ingredients are unusual and would only be available in health food stores. There were quite a few good ones though! Highly recommend for an addition to a vegan book collection or someone interested in learning about vegan values. by Louise Cowpertwait
