His impressive list of certifications includes: Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC), certified instructor; Kettlebell Sport Lifting Coach in the American Kettlebell Club; Cross Fit Level II certified instructor and certified Physical Fitness Specialist, Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research.
