Customer reviews

I've had this about a year now, and have referred to it numerous times. It's a great reference book for the basics. It is by no means an exhaustive BJJ technique library but places emphasis on getting all the fundamentals down. If I could only have one resource for my Gi game then this would be it without a doubt. Highly recommended.show more
