Katherine C. Zubko, PhD, is assistant professor of Asian religions in the Department of Religious Studies at the University of North Carolina, Asheville, NC. Dr. Zubko has conducted research as a Fulbright scholar in India and has published articles on performance, ritual, and culture. She also serves as managing partner of Z&S Connections, a cultural consulting firm,. Raj R. Sahay, who holds a marketing MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Champaign, IL, is managing partner of Z&S Connections, a business and cultural consulting organization. A gold medallist in Indian history and culture from Patna University, Patna, Bihar, India, Sahay has over a decade of work experience in the United States and India with global corporations, including Accenture and Canon.
