I've got all the Hummingbird books now and pre-ordered this one as I have NEVER had a failure with their recipes yet!
Amazing recipes here that are well thought out and presented in typical "hummingbird" style with large beautiful images of the bakeries themselves and the cakes etc. Each recipe is accompanied by at least one image of what you are trying to achieve and has clear instructions to create great cakes, cupcakes, slices, pies, cobblers, and more.
The real treat is the back section of the book, a detailed break down of what ingredients they use and why, the tools used and how they ice and decorate their cakes.
An excellent book with some quirky recipes that I can not wait to try!
