    Kelly Richards I'm vegetarian rather than vegan, but ordered this book as I'm a big fan of the website and always found something inspiring or new flavour combinations that I never would have thought of on my own.

    This book is gorgeous, lots of wonderful recipes and pictures and everything is so quick and easy. There are only a few specialist ingredients you need to find, such as nutritional yeast and agave nectar, but I managed to find both of those at my health food store. There are other ingredients which are strictly American, but I plan on just finding alternatives to the things I can't find easily and in the true nature of Happy Herbivore, experimenting until I find a substitute.
