    Author Information
Contributors: Debbie Bliss, former designer for Baby Gap, is best known for designing knitwear patterns for children. She is a bestselling author of over 35 knitting books and 20 knitting pattern booklets. She has her own magazine, Debbie Bliss Knitting Magazine, and a line of her own yarns. Helen Philipps has created many original designs for popular stitching magazines and has authored numerous books, including "Simple Sewn Gifts, Home Sweet Home Cross Stitch, "and" Pretty Patchwork Gifts." She writes a popular craft blog, helenphilipps.blogspot.co.uk. Angela Poole creates beautiful, stylized designs for both cross stitch and papercraft, and she's a whiz with charting software. She regularly designs for CrossStitcher Magazine and she's a full-time Creative Editor on Papercraft Inspriations. Maria Diaz is the author of 7 cross stitch books and has created hundreds of cross stitch designs. She worked for DMC Creative, the world's largest supplier of needlework supplies, as DMC's first in-house designer. She later moved to London and landed a contract as specialist needlecraft consultant with Eaglemoss Publications. Anette Ericksson is an accomplished and innovative designer who has enjoyed world wide success and recognition. In 2005 Annete won the British Interior Designer Award for outstanding design. Her success continued with her kit range for cross stitch and tapestry adorning the shelves of Liberty London. Felicity Hall studied textiles and fine art painting in college. She started doing needlepoint design in 2009 and soon discovered a gap in the market for printed needlepoint kits that had a contemporary edge and that would be interesting to stitch. Her designs can be found regularly in "CrossStitcher" magazine and online. Belinda Boaden works for various ready-to-wear clients for both women and men as well as producing designs for "The Knitter" magazine. She is the author of "The Scrumptious Baby Collection" and "The Scrumptious Collection Volume 2."
