Finally, a book about health that actually makes sense! This isn't another diet. Dr Natasha explains why symptoms and diseases occur in our body and how we can fix them so we can enjoy life again. GAPS isn't about having to use your willpower to not eat something every again, but how to heal the body back to good health so foods can be tolerated and happiness regained once more. I am on the GAPS diet myself and can't recommended this book more! My blog, www.acocolife.com explores my journey on the diet.

This book has shown me the way to hopefully recover from Celiac disease which has given me many of the symptoms listed for the other main diseases in the title. It's a better approach than the SCD diet which it is based upon and is an easy to understand read.

A young girl I know was diagnosed with Crohns disease, not curable she was told.
After a lot of searching she found this book and the diet , she is now Crohns free.
Good on you Dr Campbell-McBride
