Good for GF/vegan beginners
This book is bright, colourful, full of appetising photos and excellent recipes.
Many recipes are modified old favourites such as stroganoff and mac-n-cheese, with a very European flavour. Flavours, cook times and recipe methods are spot on.
Some dishes are a little uncreative in the sense that a lot of recipes rely heavily on dairy-alternatives such as vegan cheese, tofutti sour cream and creme cheese etc.
If you're not big on these they can be omitted for most recipes.
On the most part, this book is definitely up there with my favourites. by Renique Males
