    a Book Depository customer "What has happened to Kerr's wonderfully detailed world ? I couldnt wait for this book to come out and found it by chance on holiday so I was delighted until I started to read..... It is so unlike her previous Deverry books that I can hardly believe it was written by the same author; the characters are not developed, the surroundings are skimped over and the plot is dull. I had hoped that when Nevyn and his Brangwen found each other again we would have a wonderful story. Very very disappointing." by a Book Depository customer
