Product description

Each day we face a barrage of images and ideas from society and the media telling us who we should be. We are led to believe that if we look perfect, live perfect, and do everything perfectly, we'd no longer struggle with feelings of inadequacy. This book reveals that it is actually our imperfections that make us who we are.

By Penny Lattey 05 Feb 2011 5

A wonderful, honest, and well written and referenced book that teaches the reader how to find self-acceptance and self-love, and those three most important words "I Am Enough". Highly rec'd as both a gift for yourself or for another.
