This book has many wonderful clever vegetarian recipes. I have been trying to convert my meat loving family to try vegetarian main meals and this book fits my brief. Pity there are not more photos, however, the meals I have cooked haven't had a photo which proves how good the book is written. The Lentil Croquettes are so tasty, and have taken a photo if anyone wants ! I am looking forward to trying the Chocolate 3-ways mousse dessert. My passion is Cookbooks of all types of cooking, and this book is tops.
