I never buy cookbooks because I find I'm only interested in a few of the recipes, but this one is really worth it. It is well organised into breakfasts, starters, soups, salads, pasta dishes, stews, desserts etc. The recipes are full of flavour, but most are quite easy to make. Some recipes contain ingredients that the average person might not have heard of (they are explained at the start of the book), but most use everyday ingredients to create delicious meals.

The only downside I could find was that there aren't pictures of each dish, which can sometimes be helpful.

It should also be noted that it uses US measures.
