A must for martial arts students
I recently started training in Kung Fu and I was looking for a book which would instruct me about the things you can't learn by just mimicking the forms and styles.
I wasn't disappointed. While this book is written about swordsmanship in Japan, it covers much on psychology and basic stance which is generalisable to all martial arts. I can't recommend this book highly enough to other martial arts students. by James Flynn
