    Gwynneth Pohl There are some interesting recipes in here, however it is North American based so not all ingredients are common or available to Australia (which I knew would be the case on purchase, but worth mentioning), but more disappointing is that almost every recipe requires use of a Vita Mix blender and/or dehydrator, neither of which I own. If you already have these, then it's a great recipe book, but for someone just starting out eating raw, vegan or healthy dishes, it's not very useful. by Gwynneth Pohl
