Review quote

In summary, this book is a practical gem, and shouldbecome a very useful, well-thumbed addition to the generalveterinary practice library. It is mainly aimed at guiding thoseless experienced with dealing with chelonian patients, but willalso act as a useful quick reference for those more familiar withtreating these shelled patients. (VeterinaryRecord, 15 March 2014) Finally, special mention goes to the brief but clearlyillustrated and valuable guide to gender determination, helping toseparate Fred from Frederica in the consult room, and making this ahandy patient-side reference.
