DescriptionZara and Nick are soul mates, meant to be together forever. But that's not quite how things have worked out. For starters, well, Nick is dead. Supposedly, he's been taken to a mythic place for warriors known as Valhalla, so Zara and her friends might be able to get him back. But it's taking time, and meanwhile a group of evil pixies is devastating Bedford, with more teens going missing every day. An all-out war seems imminent, and the good guys need all the warriors they can find. But how to get to Valhalla? And even if Zara and her friends discover the way, there's that other small problem: Zara's been pixie kissed. When she finds Nick, will he even want to go with her? Especially since she hasn't turned into just any pixie. . . She's Astley's queen.

Entice by Carrie Jones
Also reviewed on my blog, the Vintage Bookworm. (http://www.vintagebookworm.blogspot.com)
Entice was another great installment to the series, but wasn't as amazing as the first book or as good as the second. Which is usually how it works. It picks up right where Captivate left off. With Zara, now a pixie queen, going to the high school winter ball with her friends. She goes just to make them happy, which is what I always love about Zara. Even though so much has changed throughout the series so far, she still stays true to what she believes in. She grows a lot and learns a lot during the series, but she is still the same old Zara. Even if she has turned into a pixie, which everyone thinks are all bad.
I'm not sure anymore if I'm team Nick or Team Astley. I was IN LOVE with Nick before this book, and now I have fallen in love with Astley as well. Maybe the next book will clear things up for me. :)
I love the world that Jones' has created! She describes things so beautifully! I sometimes read very slow just to take in all the descriptions.
I absolutely adore this series, and Jones' writing, and I can't wait for the next installment! by Amanda
