Emeril Lagasse is a chef, restaurateur, and author of sixteen bestselling cookbooks including his most recent book, Sizzling Skillets and Other One-Pot Wonders. He is the proprietor of twelve restaurants across the country. As a national televisoin personality, he is the food correspondent for ABC's Good Morning America and currently is a judge on Bravo's Top Chef. Most recently, he launched Emeril's Table on Hallmark Channel, as well as The Originals with Emeril on Cooking Channel. In 2002, Emeril established the Emeril Lagasse Foundation to support children's educational programs that inspire and mentor young people through the culinary arts, nutrition, healthy eating, and important life skills. He lives in New Orleans, Louisiana, and New York City.
