About Andrew Levins

In the foreword of Diner, author Andrew Levins is described by internationally renowned DJ Diplo as "an adamant music fan, a superb DJ and a dedicated cook." Levins has toured the boundaries of Australia, both as a DJ playing alongside international artists as well as the co-founder of charity Heaps Decent, which takes music workshops to remote Aboriginal communities. He now owns a restaurant called The Dip, situated in the back of a Turkish bathouse where he prepares hot dog nachos, mojiitos and other 'bush tucker'.
