  • Dated, but still relevant3

Nathanael Boehm The book is a bit old now - when this was written computers hadn't really taken hold in the home and workplace and hypertext was just about to be introduced. Nonetheless, full of fantastic theories, ideas and techniques that are still very relevant today and some of the bad design of the future that Norman predicted has actually happened - so to follow his advice, send flowers to those who practice good design, and send weeds to those who don't. by Nathanael Boehm
