    Samuel Alfred Jones I am not a professional but when I saw the title and read the blurb about the book I naturally thought "core" training and not "abdominal" training which it is about. From what I have learned till this point in my training is that core training consists of, in a nutshell, summoning using techniques the underlying groups of muscles not normally worked with a regular crunch or leg raise. As an abdominal workout book I might have been impressed but instead I am a bit deflated. Nice book though haha. by Samuel Alfred Jones
